Aberlour A’Bunadh Alba

The name is a reference to Quercus Alba, which is the name of the American white oak which is used to age this very whisky. Drawn exclusively from first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels, this expression shows off a different side of Aberlour ? you may be more familiar with its heavily sherried drams, but this one is more about fresh orchard fruits, shortbread, and almond notes.
