Ardbeg Ardcore & Uigeadail Duo

Embrace the peat with this pair of whiskies from Islay’s Ardbeg distillery, including a bottle of Ardbeg Uigeadail and the 2022 Ardbeg Day release – Ardcore. Ardcore is a smoky, rich single malt made using black malt. Heavily roasted in strictly-monitored kilns at super-high temperatures, the black malt used to make Ardcore has created aromas of toast and marmite, coffee grounds, garden herbs, bonfire smoke, charcoal and sticky molasses that fill the nose. Uigeadail is a marriage of Ardbeg from bourbon barrels and sherry butts which gives a sweet and smoky finish to this malt.
