About this whisky

After an initial maturation period of eight years, the whisky is loaded into a selection of casks once used to stored Portuguese fortified wine.A nose of cinnamon and baked apples leads into a fruity palate with vanilla spice, ripe citrus and dried fruits. The finish is baking spice, milk chocolate and citrus oil. Add a dash of water to bring out notes of caramel fudge and honey on the nose and palate.
