A brilliant Balcones bottling, independently released by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. This unique spirit has been made with corn, and it`s the spirit itself, which was smoked, rather than the grain. It spent 2 years in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask before being bottled at 50% ABV for the Wine Cask Series. Expect notes of coffee, blackcurrants, prunes and figs.
