Situated in the picturesque Irish countryside, Ballykeefe is a family-owned, single estate distillery built in 2016. They produce a range of premium spirits including this single pot still whiskey. The nose reveals notes of caramel, malt cereal, oak, vanilla and coconut. The palate suggests orange zest, liquorice, dark chocolate, aniseed and menthol.
