Balvenie 15 Year Old Single Barrel Sherry Cask

The famous Balvenie distillery was founded by William Grant in the late 19th century, who had spent the previous 20 years working at the nearby Mortlach distillery. Quality is consistently high across the range at Balvenie & the spirit is characterised by a distinctive honey / vanilla note. Expect the typical Balvenie parade of Christmas cake spice, dried fruits, cherries, caramelised orange and ginger followed by a big, Sherried palate with nutty Oloroso notes before a harmonious finish.
