With less than a thousand bottles released of this fantastic whisky first maturing in Bourbon casks and after maturing in Spanish Oloroso sherry butts acquiring aromas of dried fruit and ginger. On the palate a rich cinnamon spice comes alive and chocolate coated nuts with hints of honey and to finish the cinnamon lingers with a hint of other exotic spices. A wonder for the taste buds.
