Blair Athol 12 Year Old 2008 (casks 1909775/77/78/79) – Benchmark (Murray McDavid)

Distilled at Blair Athol in 2008, this single malt was left to mature in bourbon hogsheads for 12 years. After a finishing period in first fill Oloroso sherry casks, the whisky was independently bottled up by Murray McDavid for its Benchmark collection. A total of 1,506 bottles was drawn from four casks.
