An interesting release from The Cooper’s Choice range ? this is an independently bottled Blair Athol single malt, which has been finished in a Cadillac wine cask! The whisky was distilled in November 2009, and it was initially aged in American oak casks, before being moved over to the aforementioned sweet French wine casks. Eventually, in 2022, after 12 years of maturation, the whisky was bottled with an outturn of 306 bottles.
