From The Single Cask’s range of… Well, single cask bottlings (it’s an apt name for an indie bottler) comes a 7 year old single malt distilled by Blair Athol back in 2013. It was bottled up in February 2021 following a finishing period in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez octave cask, with an outturn of only 75 bottles.
