Blended Islay 2010 9 Year Old Whisky Trail Retro Cars

Distilled on Islay in 2010, this nine-year-old blended malt whisky was bottled by Elixir Distillers in January 2020, as part of its Whisky Trail Vintage Cars series. Aromas of earthy peat, seaside bonfires and cigars burst forward on the nose, followed by vanilla, burnt caramel and ginger. The palate offers notes of smoked bacon, sea salt, iodine and celery, developing clove, nutmeg, orange and mango that linger in the finish.
