The Character of Islay Whisky Company has gone and launched The Stories of Wind & Wave range of independently bottled whiskies from the eponymous Inner Hebrides island. This particular release is a single cask Bowmore, distilled back in 2003 and left to age in a refill bourbon barrel for 16 years.
