Founded over two centuries ago in 1779, Bowmore is renowned for its peaty, smoky drams. ?Dawn? is a special release from the distillery, in which the liquid spent the last period of its maturation in Ruby Port pipes. This finishing process gives a wonderful depth of colour and flavour to the whisky, without masking the unique taste for which Bowmore is so famous for.
