Braeval 21 Year Old 2000 (cask 6392) – Cask Strength Collection (Signatory)

Back in February of the year 2000, this single malt was distilled at Braeval and allowed to rest in a single refill sherry butt. It was a pretty long rest ? all the way until August 2021, when it was bottled up by Signatory for its Cask Strength Collection. A total of 592 bottles were drawn from this cask, and it was bottled at 59.2% ABV, a wonderful case of serendipity.
