Bruichladdich 31 Year Old 1970

This 1970 vintage is a legendary Bruichladdich. Only 4,200 bottles were released in 2002 after being matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks. The nose reveals aromas of honey, orange, crème brûlée, followed by some wood varnish, biscuit and mint. The palate is elegant, balanced and full of freshness for a malt of this age, with fruity notes of melon and apricot.
