Caisteal Chamuis 12 Year Old Blended Malt

A very recent launch from Mossburn Distillers, Caisteal Chamuis is an approachable 12-year-old blended whisky made from single malts distilled on Islay and Orkney. The liquid has been matured in Oloroso sherry butts, resulting in a rich and smooth dram, that is uncoloured and non-chill filtered. The brand is named after a local medieval ruin, Caisteal Chamuis, also known as Knock Castle.
