Cambus 1988 31 Year Old Blackadder

A 1988 Cambus single grain whisky from independent bottler Blackadder that was matured in a single ex-bourbon cask for 31 years, before being bottled in July 2020 as part of its Raw Cask 25th Anniversary releases. Aromas of orange, eclairs, ginger biscuits, baking spices and juicy fruit fill the nose, complemented by notes of toffee, chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, dried fruit and ripe apples throughout the palate.
