A 1978 Cameronbridge single grain whisky from independent bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill barrel for 43 years, before being bottled in September 2021 as part of its Xtra Old Particular series. Aromas of Madagascan vanilla, liquorice and soft oak spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of strawberry jam, wine gums, peppermint, sticky toffee pudding, black pepper and toasted oak throughout the palate.
