Caol Ila 10 Year Old 2010 – Single & Single

An indie bottling of single malt from Islay’s Caol Ila Distillery, on the east coast of the Hebridean isle. This whisky was distilled in 2010, and was aged in a single American oak hogshead cask for a decade. Following that slumber, the folks from Single & Single bottled it up at cask strength, producing just 216 bottles.
