Caol Ila 10 Year Old – Single Minded (Douglas Laing)

A smoky single malt from Islay’s Caol Ila Distillery, independently bottled up by Douglas Laing for the Single Minded series. This one was drawn from a refill hogshead, in which the whisky slumbered for 10 years, before being bottled at 43% ABV.
