Caol Ila 11 Year Old 2010 – The Kilnsman’s Dram

Sherried Caol Ila, what a treat! Released as part of the Kilnsman’s Dram series from indie bottler Goldfinch, this is the first in the range to hail from Islay. Distilled in 2010, it rested in a single first-fill European oak sherry octave for over a decade, before being bottled up at 11 years old in a release of just 98 bottles.
