From Gordon and MacPhail`s Discovery range comes a 13 year old single malt from Caol Ila, the largest distillery on Islay. Classic Caol Ila notes of peat smoke, cured meats and tropical fruits are all on display here. The cask influence is dialled back here, so it`s a great chance to taste a pure expression of the distillate – fruity, savoury, smokey and malty.
