Caol Ila 17 Year Old Darkness Oloroso Cask

Launched in 2014, Darkness! is a range of highly sought-after whiskies finished in octave sherry casks. This particular release is a 17-year-old Caol Ila, which spent three months finishing in Oloroso casks before being bottled at 46.6% ABV. A smooth and oaky dram, with sweet layers of dried fruits and caramel, finishing on a walnut note.
