Another cracking Signatory Vintage bottling of Caol Ila single malt, distilled in 2012 and matured in a pair of hogsheads for nine years before being bottled in 2022 as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. We once got a great piece of advice that the finest chocolate pairing for Caol Ila whisky is Maltesers, and we think this might be the bottling to try that out with.
