Bottled in 1999 by G&M for the Connoisseurs Choice series, this is a rare find indeed. Situated on the North-Eastern shores of Islay with magnificent views across the Sound of Islay, the Caol Ila distillery was built in 1846. A smoky yet floral dram, with elegant fruited spice notes.
