Caol Ila Moch

A lighter, more elegant non-age-statement dram from Caol Ila. Candied citrus and baked pear join a hint of hay and peat smoke on the nose. The palate is richer with a touch of creamy vanilla and mellow wood smoke. The finish is soft and easy-going that dials the peat back a notch in favour of delicate fruit. “Moch” is the Gaelic word for dawn if you were curious!
