Established in 2015, Cadrona is a family-owned New Zealander distillery producing hand-crafted whisky, gin, vodka and liqueurs. This single cask release was matured in a single Central Otago Pinot Noir cask for five years and bottled in September 2021. On the nose, expect apricots, figs and balsamic notes. The palate reveals ripe nectarines, fresh strawberries and clotted cream.
