A sweet and nutty New Zealand Single malt from Cardrona, Growing Wings Solera has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and ex-oloroso sherry butts for five years. The palate offers notes of buttery pecan pie, treacle tarts and vanilla cream that linger in the finish.
