Connacht Single Malt Whiskey Batch 1

The first batch of single malt Irish whiskey from Connacht has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in sherry casks from Jerez. Aromas of raisins, dried fruit, honey, fudge, butterscotch, almond and star anise fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla, malt, dried fruit, baking spices, walnuts and honey throughout the palate.
