Produced from local, organic, unpeated, pilsner barley malt, double and triple-distilled, Copenhagen Distillery? Raw Edition is aged in untoasted virgin oak, giving the whisky a clean, crisp expression. It is remarkably rich, yet with a fresh floral nose. On the palate, its malty, peppery flavours are accompanied by subtle earthy notes. This is their first batch, of which only 300 50cl bottles were made.
