Coppersea Raw Rye

An unaged white rye from Coppersea, based in New York State`s Hudson Valley. Delicately floral with notes of crushed grain and a hint of peppery spice, this is a surprisingly full-bodied and creamy spirit with a smooth, rounded finish.
