This is the first batch of Corn Whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, a 5-year-old expression that was finished in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. On the nose, you?ll find honeyed fruit, with a juicy hint of plum shining through, plus some nutty aromas. The palate is deliciously buttery, with hints of milk chocolate and dried fruit developing from the sherry casks.
