Back with another batch, it’s the spectacular cask strength Founder’s Choice Whisky from the Cotswolds Distillery! Matured in American oak red wine casks that were shaved, toasted and re-charred, following a process that was created by Dr. Jim Swan. This batch boasts a strength of 59.1% ABV and is brimming with all of the tropical fruit and sweet malt character that we’ve grown to know and love in this series.
