The second release in the Cu Bocan Creation series, this Highland single malt has been matured in a combination of Japanese Shochu and virgin oak casks. It has a rich yet lively character, with notes of juicy pears, sweet limes and freshly-baked pastry, alongside maple syrup, toasted walnuts and warm spices.
