Cù Bòcan Creation #3

It’s the third release in Tomatin’s Cù Bòcan Creation series, which sees the lightly peated single malt aged in a variety of intriguing casks. This particular release is really rather interesting, as it was aged in a combination of Moroccan Cabernet Sauvignon and North American rye casks ? a combo we don’t believe we’ve ever seen before! Fascinating stuff, mixing the fruitiness of the wine with the spiciness of the rye, all wrapped up in waves of caramel and smoke.
