Tomatin’s Cù Bòcan Creation series shows off the distillery’s smoky single malt in all sorts of interesting casks. Take the fourth release in the range, for example. This expression has been aged in a combo of Tawny Port and Cognac casks, taking inspiration from the Antrim Cocktail. Not a regularly seen combination of casks, but a most intriguing creation, wouldn’t you agree?
