Produced at the Tomatin distillery in the Highland region, this lightly peated single malt is aged in three different types of oak cask – ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry and virgin oak. Notes of green apple, brown sugar and vanilla mingle with a mild peat reek on the nose and palate. The finish is warming with a hint of bonfire.
