Dailuaine 12 Year Old 2009 (cask 307385 & 307386) – Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory)

Delicious Dailuaine, drawn from a duo of… Casks. Look, there isn’t really a commonly known word for cask that begins with ‘D’, so you’re just going to have to put up with that, OK? Anyway, this was distilled in 2009 and matured in a pair of hogsheads for 12 years, before Signatory bottled it up for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
