This 21-year-old single malt is one of the latest releases from Dalmore, the quintessential Highland Scotch distillery. The liquid rested for an initial period in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by a maturation process in rare casks sourced from the leading sherry producer González Byass. The nose suggests aromas of orange, dark chocolate, vanilla and coffee beans. On the palate, plenty of berries, roasted nuts and some cinnamon.
