A 2007 Deanston single malt that was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in ex-Calvados casks for two years. Aromas of crisp red apples, sweet malt, blossom honey and green apple peel fill the nose, complemented by notes of lemon peel, orange zest, green apples, honey and sweet flowers throughout the palate.
