Deanston Calvados Cask Finish 2007

A limited-edition release from Deanston, the Highland single malt brand founded in 1965. As the label suggests, this expression has been matured in oak casks that previously held calvados. The influence of the apple brandy is very evident, giving the whisky a creamy fruitiness, with notes of vanilla, cinnamon and sultanas. Only 1,239 bottles were produced.
