Matured exclusively in Pedro Ximenez casks, this Irish single malt whiskey has a rich, fruity character with a clear sherry influence. Aromas of honey, raisins, marzipan, sherry and cinnamon fill the nose, complimenting notes of dried fruit, sultanas, plums and nutmeg throughout the palate.
