Elsburn 7 Year Old Batch 1 TBWC

This is the first batch of Elsburn bottling from the German distillery Hammerschmiede, released by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The whisky had a first maturation in ex-sherry butt, before being re-racked into a smaller sherry octave to push the depth of flavours into overdrive. Expect oily, chewy and strong wild strawberry flavour on the palate with dried fruit and nuts.
