This smoky, heavily peated 9-year-old whisky was matured in an Oloroso sherry cask and bottled up at cask strength of 67% ABV. On the nose, charred oak and smoky bacon, balanced by figs and mocha. The palate reveals coffee and chocolate elements, with smoky peat bringing a spicy depth to the flavour profile.
