Fettercairn 16 Year Old 3rd Release 2022

The third annual release of Fettercairn`s celebrated 16 year old single malt. The 2022 release was aged in a combination of first fill Oloroso casks, second fill Oloroso casks, Pedro Ximenez barrels and ex-Bourbon casks. The result is a concentrated, complex Highland malt with notes of antique wood, tropical fruit and figs. Notes of cacao, all spice and buttery pastry join on the palate before a long finish with a hint of citrus oil and espresso.
