Filey Bay IPA Cask Finish (Batch 1)

Whiskies finished in beer casks are rather intriguing (and delicious) indeed ? and it seems the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery agrees, seeing as it has released its first batch of Filey Bay single malt finished in IPA casks. Funnily enough, one of the distillery’s sister companies is the Wold Top Brewery, and it’s that brewery where those IPA casks came from. What luck!
