From indie bottling range The Cooper’s Choice comes an 11 year old Glen Elgin single malt, distilled back in February 2010 and initially aged in American oak. Before bottling in 2021, it spent a finishing period in a Sauternes wine cask imparting an additional fruity sweetness to this fantastic Speysider. 312 bottles were released in total.
