Glen Spey 10 Year Old 2010 (casks 804794 & 804799) – Un-Chilfiltered Collection (Signatory)

Distilled at Glen Spey in September 2010, this single malt was placed into a pair of hogsheads that had the good fortune of finding their way to the folks at indie bottler Signatory! In June 2021, after maturing for 10 years, the casks were opened and the whisky was bottled up as part of Signatory’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
