GlenAllachie Distillery. A privately owned Speyside distillery, establish in 1967 and located near Aberlour. This 8-year-old from the GlenAllachie is a release by independent bottler and blender That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The nose displays orchard fruits, ginger biscuits and lemon sherbet. The palate is predominantly malty, with notes of cigar box, leather, ginger and a touch of nutmeg.
