Although the Glenfarclas does not carry an age statement it is known to be mostly 8-10 year old whisky and mostly matured in bourbon and sherry casks, A very smooth and drinkable whisky. Named 105 due to the British alcohol content of 105 proof which equates to 60%. The scent of orange peel, raspberry, toffee and oak. The palate has dried berry fruits, Christmas spice and oak with a long finish of dried fruit and smokiness. Smooth and well balanced.
